About
I'm Alexander Borrello, the practitioner behind Wayfinder Psychotherapy, LLC.
I work with teens (14+) and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and other challenges that can affect how they see themselves, relate to others, and navigate their lives.
I help people understand not just what they're experiencing, but why certain patterns persist, what gives their lives meaning, and what might need to change. Sometimes that means examining long-held assumptions. Sometimes it means facing difficult realities or reconsidering what you've come to expect from yourself or others.
My focus is to help you reestablish stability, social connection, and meaning in your life with an emphasis on personal freedom and responsibility to choose your own path forward. This process is seldom quick and easy. I will challenge you to forge deep within yourself, but always with compassion and honesty about what I am hearing and where the best available evidence can provide guidance.
