$100 / 50-minutes
One-on-one counseling. My standard recommendation is the same day and time weekly, but we will discuss and amend according to your wants/needs during the first session and can reassess at any time.
Group Coaching

Fees
One-on-One Coaching is $100 per standard 50-minute session.
Current Group Coaching offerings are $20 per 60-minute session. (A $5 per session discount is granted to current one-on-one clients).
Policies
Cancellation Policy:
24-hour notice before the scheduled session is required
Failure to notify and no-shows are subject to a $75 fee
Emergencies can be discussed and excused
All clients are granted a one-time, non-emergency forgiveness
